We want each client to feel their time is valuable when coming into the salon. To help us stay on schedule, we ask that you arrive at your appointment time so we can run our day smoothly. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will be asked to reschedule, and will be charged a cancellation fee of $25. Please give us a call if you are running late. 

If you need to cancel your appointment, we ask that you call the salon ASAP to make sure we can accommodate another guest. We greatly appreciate a 48-hour notice of cancelling so that we may fill your spot in a timely manner. Any cancellation of less than 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service. 

*We understand emergencies happen. This will be based on stylist discretion*

 NO CALL/NO SHOW is unacceptable. We value each stylist at Enliven and their time. When a no show happens, the stylist does not get the opportunity to fill the spot. This results in a loss of time and money. Therefore, a no show/no call will be asked to pay a portion of their scheduled service before scheduling another appointment. We understand life circumstances and/or illness happen, and again this will be determined by the stylist discretion.  

We love to see your littles and spend time with the people you love! However, due to growth within the salon we run out of space quickly and it can cause overcrowding. So, we ask that you limit guest as best as possible. We also ask that children only come to the salon when receiving services. Unaccompanied children can cause a liability when we are using hair chemicals and hot tools. 

A $35 fee will be charged for all bounced checks, and you will be asked to pay by cash or card for future transactions. 

If you are unhappy with your hair service (within 7 days) we ask that you contact your stylist personally. We always want the opportunity to reach your hair goals, so we will accommodate one "recolor". There will be no refunds on hair services. 

We will gladly exchange hair products within the first 7 days of purchasing and with more than half of the product. 

$125/HR- Results cannot be guaranteed. Our stylists are fully trained in color theory. Therefore, trusting their advice/opinion is crucial to retain desired results while also protecting the integrity of the hair. A color correction will be determined by the stylist during a full consultation.
